My thoughts: I have been a fan of Shroud Cosmetics eyeshadow for years. The eyeshadow formula is pigmented, buildable, and blended great. It comes with 5 matte shades and 4 shimmer shades. This eyeshadow palette is perfect for someone who likes bold and colorful eyeshadow looks or if you are looking to add some color into your makeup routine.
